Cancellation & Rain Check Policy

At Uncle Al's Inflatables, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fair business practices. Please review our cancellation and rain check policy below.

Weather-Related Cancellations (Rain Check Policy)

We want your event to be safe and fun! If severe weather is expected, we offer the following options:

Reschedule or Receive a Rain Check If bad weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning, etc.) is forecasted, you may reschedule or request a rain check for a future rental.

  • Notify Us at Least 24 Hours in Advance To qualify for a rain check, please contact us at least one day before your event.
  • Rain Checks Are Valid for 12 Months You can use your credit toward any rental within a year.
  • No Refunds Once Setup Begins If we have already delivered or set up the inflatable, no refunds or rain checks will be issued due to weather.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you need to cancel for any reason other than weather, our policy is as follows:

  • More than 7 Days Before Your Event Receive a full refund or opt for a rain check.
  • 7 Days Before Your Event A rain check will be issued, but no refund.
  • Less than 48 Hours Before Your Event No refunds or rain checks, except in the case of severe weather.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

If we must cancel due to unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
